LMB Consulting is a boutique educational systems design and organizational development consulting firm that helps organizations, schools and districts to Lead courageously, Motivate stakeholders to serve from a holistic lens and Bridge perspectives and cultures for the purpose of creating access and opportunity for all. With roots in the east coast, we work nationally and help organizations establish structures and systems that are student and client centered. We are collaborative change agents who build movements inside schools and organizations ready for transformation.
We work hand in hand with you and your team to tap into your collective intelligence and design for meaningful change. Centered in equity we ensure priorities are focused so that incremental change can take place. With a long history of intimate understanding of the systemic biases that impact learning for students and those being served, we strive to work hand in hand to identify key entry points for moving the work while chipping away at the barriers that may be in the way.
