Jocelyn is a deeply knowledgeable educator who is a truth-teller. She is able to see the system and push people's thinking and capacity through incisive questioning. Jocelyn supports others to interrogate team dynamics, racial justice and equity, and the structures, routines and policies that support or hinder powerful learning.

She is organized, keeps it real, listens to all stakeholders and centers equity and inclusion; holds people accountable by pulling them into the conversation.

Jocelyn served as a facilitator for our NWRESD 9th Grade Success network convenings. Jocelyn facilitated school teams during their team breakouts. Jocelyn always offered strategic questions and observations before and after our convenings -- helping to hone in on the crux of what matters most. She was a facilitator that we knew could support teams with highly varied and challenging dynamics and she would skillfully navigate facilitation to move the team forward in a productive way.
